Standard shipping & handling may take from 7 and up to 14 business days for EU countries, for the rest of the world up to 21 days - depending on postal service.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses • Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a partial refund. • We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. • Why Was My Package Undeliverable? Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: • Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. This is not always the case so please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account, click the "Address book" link in My Account. • Other Address Problems. In rare cases, the address label becomes illegible during the shipping and handling process, or the carrier makes a mistake and leaves the package at a different address than that printed on the label. • Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. • Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. Shipping & Handling Restrictions • Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Returns Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below and we will refund eligible purchases.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns to our distribution center must be postmarked no later than 60 days after the original purchase date. Online exchanges are not available at this time. Online refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction. Merchandise purchased online from all categories and price points may be returned or exchanged. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed. Returned merchandise must be in its original state, original packaged, deemed to be unworn with all tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund.
Merchandise must be sent in original package with all tags attached to the following address: Komet d.d, Rosalnice 2, 8330 Metlika, Slovenia with detailed description of why items are being returned.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
